SEASONAL GARDENER (Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking to appoint a Seasonal Gardener who will join Sheepdrove to help throughout the busiest time of year.  The work will be very varied and include propagation and planting out of produce and ornamentals as well as regular garden maintenance including weeding, watering, mowing, strimming, pruning and composting.

The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and demonstrate a “hands on” approach at all times.

This role is 40 hours per week, 5 full days per week.

This will be on a fixed term contract starting as soon as possible and terminating in December 2018.

SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR (Maternity Cover)

We are looking to appoint an individual to cover maternity leave who will continue to assist with increasing our business at the Eco Conference Centre.

The role includes being proactive in upselling and marketing the business, managing all social media and monitoring Google analytics and AdWords.  The successful candidate will also coordinate e-newsletters and customer mailings and edit pre-existing artwork.

You will be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as good attention to detail.  You need to have previous tele-sales experience and understand Social Media.

The role is for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  The role will be covering maternity leave and will be on a fixed term contract for 4 months, however, this could be extended.

HOUSEKEEPER (Part Time)

Based at the Farm & Eco Conference Centre in Lambourn, we are looking to appoint a Housekeeper who will undertake general cleaning and laundry duties in our guest accommodation and Conference Centre.  You will be working within a small Team, therefore you will need to be flexible in your approach.  Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work some weekends and also split shifts.
