Dining and Catering
Dining at Sheepdrove Organic Farm & Eco Conference Centre you get a truly Farm to Fork experience. Our head chef will butcher animals on site for the specific needs of the business and clients. You don't get more freshly prepared than that. As part of our sustainable ethos we don't believe in food wastage so we often create wonderful, whole animal spit roasts for delegates. The sights and smells of a hog roast provide a dramatic lunchtime backdrop in the already impressive dining room. To take a look at some sample menus please click here

Seasonality is at the heart of all food prepared. Menus use only seasonal meat from the farm and fruit and vegetables grown in our organic garden, harvested early in the morning and delivered direct to the kitchen. Food that’s in season not only tastes better, but may contain ingredients that suit the body’s needs for that time of year, such as summer fruits with their high fluid content. Whatever the reason, there’s something about seasonal eating that seems natural and instinctive - most people would agree, for example, that comforting stews with root vegetables go better in winter than strawberries and ice cream!
