The conference centre has multiple rooms available for hire. The largest being The Oak Room, a very large hall, a versatile, flexible space which can accommodate up to 150 delegates. Ideal for functions, conferences, exhibitions and product and vehicle launches.

All the rooms and facilities are flexible and adaptable, lending themselves to any kind of corporate event; conferences, business meetings, presentations, business product launches, dinners, award ceremonies etc..
All rooms are constructed using natural wood and recycled materials with excellent daylight and ventilation, each offering a unique space for different types of meeting. Rooms are equipped with presentation equipment, WIFI* and iconic Fritz Hansen chairs for all day comfort.
