Head Stockperson

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated Head Stockperson to take full responsibility for the farm's livestock herd, consisting of 140 suckler cow herd, 900 ewe flock and 14 sow pigs.    The successful candidate will have a proven track record and be capable of running and maintaining a livestock herd to the highest standards.

Working within a small dedicated team the right individual will need to be a real team player with an enthusiastic approach to working with livestock.  Previous tractor driving experience as well as a valid UK driving licence are essential.

The position attracts a competitive remuneration package, as well as on-site 3 bedroom accommodation in a beautiful rural setting.

Gardener


Based at the Farm in Lambourn, we are looking for a motivated, experienced, professional gardener, with a minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Horticulture. Working under the supervision of the Head Gardener, the successful candidate will grow organic vegetables, fruit and herbs for our Conference Centre and Butchers shop in London, as well as herbs for cosmetics. As part of the Gardens Team you will also develop and maintain our gardens and landscaped areas across the estate.  Previous gardening or horticulture experience is essential for this role. Ideally, you will have knowledge of organic principles, produce and soil.
It's very much a family atmosphere here at Sheepdrove. Working within a small team, you will need to be a real team player, using your own initiative and demonstrating flexibility.
A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated for the successful candidate.  This is a full time role, working 40 hours per week.

Housekeeper (Part Time)


Based at the Farm & Eco Conference Centre in Lambourn, we are looking to appoint a Housekeeper who will undertake general cleaning and laundry duties in our guest accommodation and Conference Centre.   You will be working within a small Team, therefore you will need to be flexible in your approach.  Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work some weekends and also split shifts.
