Stockperson

We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Stockperson to take responsibility for the 140 suckler cow herd. The role would suit an individual looking to move to the next level in terms of involvement and responsibility.  This is a fantastic opportunity to fully embrace our organic standards and contribute to the very best way of rearing our animals in a natural and sustainable way.
Working closely within a small dedicated team the right individual will need to be a real team player with excellent communication skills.  Previous tractor driving experience as well as a valid UK driving licence are essential.

The position attracts a competitive remuneration package, as well as on-site 3 bedroom accommodation in a beautiful rural setting.

Assistant Management Accountant/Book-keeper


Working closely with the Management Accountant, you will assist with the Farm’s accounting and control procedures.  Experience of preparing monthly management accounts, preferably using Sage 200, preparing the annual budget, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasting and credit control experience are all essential. 
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar finance related role, ideally with an agricultural accounts background, although this is not essential.  You will be self-motivated and process driven, with a ‘hands on’ approach and have the ability to mutli task and work to tight deadlines unsupervised. Previous experience of Excel and a logical approach are essential for this role.
The role is full time, although flexibility will be given over working hours.  A competitive remuneration package will be negotiated for the successful candidate.

Housekeeper (Part Time)


Based at the Farm & Eco Conference Centre in Lambourn, we are looking to appoint a Housekeeper who will undertake general cleaning and laundry duties in our guest accommodation and Conference Centre.   You will be working within a small Team, therefore you will need to be flexible in your approach.  Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work some weekends and also split shifts.
