Dining and catering
The conference centre has a light and airy dining room that can cater for your event whatever the size. Seasonality is at the heart of all food prepared. Menus use only seasonal meat from the farm and fruit and vegetables grown in our organic garden, harvested early in the morning and delivered direct to the kitchen.
Food that’s in season not only tastes better, but may contain ingredients that suit the body’s needs for that time of year, such as summer fruits with their high fluid content.
Whatever the reason, there’s something about seasonal eating that seems natural and instinctive - most people would agree, for example, that comforting stews with root vegetables go better in winter than strawberries and ice cream!
