Serve this sweet-sour sauce as a condiment, especially with chicken, beef burgers, pork chops and ribs, or use as a glaze, brushing on to the meat several times during the last 5 to 10 minutes of grilling.
Ingredients
Place the vinegars, honey, mustard, lemon juice and tomato paste in a small pan over medium heat and cook until thick and glossy, about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cool completely before using. Refrigerate for up to a week.
