Our small outdoor herd of Saddleback and Canborough sows and Duroc boars are reared outside in family groups on chalk downland.

Warm shelters with straw bedding protect them from the winter cold, while mud baths keep them cool in summer.

 Burrowing in rich organic soil and fed the best organic feeds, they produce a superbly flavoured, juicy pork.
