Combine garlic, honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper. Add drumsticks and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grill according to instructions below. Sprinkle with salt. Serve hot with roast garlic aioli for dipping, optional. Grill over medium hot coals, turning every 3 minutes, until the chicken is opaque.
Think Ahead: Marinate drumsticks up to 6 hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
